I was already out and about Saturday and had to pick up groceries when I decided to go down the seasonal aisle and see what was there. Being the day after Valentine's Day there were lots of stuffed animals and yes, CANDY!
Most people were picking up multiple boxes of chocolate candy because they were all 1/2 off. I looked around until I found a box of Hershey's Kisses candies and tossed it into my buggy.
This was a great deal and rang up for around $2.50 give or take a few cents.
Did you buy an extra box of chocolates after Valentine's Day when the prices were slashed?

Yes I did. My girlfriend was out of town last weekend for the actual Valentines weekend, so we are going to celebrate our own personal Valentines Day this weekend, since she gets back into town today. So I loaded up on chocolates and flowers, all at ridiculously low prices.

@JohnRoberts I agree. You have to draw a line as with any treats and junk food.

No. My husband bought me my favorite candy for Valentine's Day (even though we don't celebrate it) which is jelly beans...quite a bag full and fruit jelly slices.
