@LindaOHio At first I thought he was Mexican, then later I thought he was Native American. I have always liked him; he is underrated.

He is now playing in a new show on TV called Prodigal Son.
Created by Chris Fedak, Sam Sklaver. With Tom Payne, Lou Diamond Phillips, Halston Sage, Aurora Perrineau. Malcolm Bright, one of the best criminal psychologists around, uses his twisted genius to help the NYPD solve crimes.

Ha ha about the Crab Races. I was surprised to see that Phillips was Filipino too. Because of La Bamba I suppose.

@LindaOHio Yeah. I mean, come on. Granted, there ARE a lot of ties between Mexicans and Filipinos, and I forget why. But do you ever notice Filipinos mostly have Mexican last names? It's true.
Of course, in the case of Phillips, his real name is Upchurch. But he was born from an American Marine Corp father and a Filipino mother.
