Made Adobo for Tomorrow's Lunch

Hi everyone! I am posting again before going to bed. This is my kind of signing off from Mylot. This evening I have pre-cooked Pork Adobo for our lunch tomorrow. My son will come to eat with us for lunch. I will serve boiled rice and vegetables salad with it. To those who don't know, Adobo is a Filipino meat recipe cook with vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, laurel leaves and sometimes with pineapple juice. It could be made with pork or chicken. This time I made pork Adobo. It is very delicious. By the way, while I was reading discussions here, I have noticed that my Redbubble products are shown on Mylot ads.
