Too good to be true?

I'm not superstitious at all. I trust God and his plan for my life. And this could very well be his answer to my prayer for so many months of being in pain from daily headaches. I know he can and does heal instantly at times. God healed my husband of Emphysema many years ago. There's no cure for this disease, but my husband has been completely free from that ever since. So even though God didn't choose to heal me instantly, I do believe he gave the doctor (FNP) the knowledge and skill to know how to help me and the medicines that help also. My headaches aren't completely gone (yet!), but they're so much better. The medicine she prescribed isn't helping with my sleep problems like I had hoped, but maybe that will improve. I've cut back on the pain meds I was taking since she said the over use of those could very well be part of the problem. I'm making out okay with less pain killers so far and it's just so amazing to have times of not hurting. And it's happening so fast! That's why I'm praying this isn't too good to be true. But why should I pray that God will heal me if I don't believe he can and will? So, I'm enjoying each pain free moment and praising God for it. I choose to trust him for whatever happens in the future. If you're in pain, please know that God sees it and he loves you. He's a heavenly father that we can trust.

I experienced a healing also, from an incurable digestive disorder. Most people don't believe me, but that's not my problem. Instead, I'm thanking my heavenly father, for his faithfulness and his immeasurable love for his children! I will pray for your complete healing Vicky, from today forward:)

Thank you, Kharla. I'm glad to hear about your healing. My husband was diagnosed through tests, etc, then after God healed him, two doctors couldn't find any sign of the disease.

@1creekgirl I had a complete testing, by a specialist and was diagnosed about seven years ago. For seven years, I ate a gluten-free diet. If I slipped, the issues would return immediately. One day while in prayer, the Lord ministered to my heart that I'd received a healing. I returned to a normal diet, I have been fine ever since that day:)

someone on FB yesterday claimed that God cured their child from Down syndrome. That is really stretching it way beyond anything I can believe.

I have no way of knowing if that's true or not. I do have personal knowledge that God healed my husband of Emphysema. He was diagnosed by doctors, had symptoms, but later was told by two different doctors that he was well and definitely didn't have it. That was about 25 years ago and his lungs are still fine.

God is my healer! I was scheduled for surgery for my Mayoma , I was very weak due to bleeding and need blood transfusion. I was scared and I am not ready.I believed God will heal me . I prayed for healing and asked God to do sonething just to stop me from surgery. Wow! really God so AMAZING! I was ready and to be admitted on that day, when the Head Nurse told me that they re scheduled my surgery because my laboratory results were lost. All the Doctors at OB Gyne department don't have idea where are my lab results. So I decided not to undergo surgery anymore, I prayed and entrusted everything to God . I was healed ! It's been 2 years now and I am very well.
