hammocks

I thought I would do something else here today. I have done posts on personal things, on flowers on my cat, but, never one like this. I thought I would see who would or has one and if you like it and where you have it? Do you have it on your porch, on your lawn or inside your home?
I saw this picture and thought this one is really cool so want to use it as a picture here for the post. There is lots of room to lay on it.

My father loved the hammock and he suggested that I install one in our backyard since we have a mango tree. But my father was here on vacation only so I thought I will just wait for a good timing.Unfortunately my father went back to the US and never came back.

@Hannihar I was about to buy until I learned that he was going back to the US. After 3 years in North Carolina, he passed away.

I don't have a hammock, although I have thought about getting them before. I have trees I could hook them on, if that happened though, I can pretty much guarantee I would get bugs and ticks on me, though so no thanks. I don't need it on the deck either as I have lounges.

We used to have one similar to that only ours had a little canopy covering 1 end so that the sun didn't get into your eyes.
We kept it unassembled unless we were going to use it because if left up all of the time the grass underneath it will die from lack of sunlight.
It was a nice novelty item, my husband received it from our son for father's day one year and he used it for a bit that summer and the following year but after that we gave it to a niece who had a little one. She liked it as she could get some fresh air and the baby could nap while she did that.
