These sweet angels.....

There are so many loving people around me that I really feel that I am blessed to have them. My household help has been with me for years and she is really quite close to me. She knows of my health issues . She treats me like her older sister. While I was on bed she came with some oil and insisted that I get some massage from her for my back and leg. I told her that it was okay. She as such had few extra chores today as I was not able to do my part. But she was not ready to take any excuse and she massaged my back and legs for some time. I actually dozed off for a while. It was quite relaxing. Now I found out that she has made hot ragi dosas ( millet pancakes) with potato curry for me to have in lunch. She would have noticed that I have not done much cooking today. I only made a quick rice item and packed for my younger daughter. We had toast and butter for breakfast. My elder one told her that she will mange the lunch with some simple vegetable rice. But she did her work quietly. Before leaving she came to my room and insisted that I eat her food. Raagi( millet) is very good for bone health and is good for diabetes also. In rural areas of Karnataka, it is considered a super food for ladies and specially during their cycle. It is rich in iron, calcium and other minerals.. Now my other angel my elder daughter came and handed me a hot cup of milk with turmeric. She feels that it will help. Well, what more can one ask for. I am surrounded by angels who take such good care of me.
