I think the cat is not scared in this picture, she is reaching for the man's hand. Sorry if it scared you, I found it sweet when I saw that photo.

@besweet I know that the cat is trying to reach for the person's hand but the person is too far away. My cat was stuck outside and was afraid to get to me and she got stuck on the porch below ours and in order to get her back because they would not give her to me and she was out all afternoon and all night and so I had to call the police to get her back and they came.
