Captain Obvious, please report to myLot. You’re needed at the “blue eyes songs countdown.” Captain Obvious? Well, if anyone didn’t see this one coming I’m worried. Really worried. To absolutely no one’s surprise (except, maybe, the order in which the final three appear), here’s today’s song mentioning blue eyes. #3: Behind Blue Eyes - The Who Think about it. This song will be 50 next year. That may be how many times a day you hear it if you listen to “classic rock.” I don’t, so the amazing power of this bitter tune still rings fresh for me....even after all this time. I use this a lot when it comes to The Who....or eyes....or blue eyes....or behinds. It’s my favorite Who song. Enjoy. Behind Blue Eyes Written by Pete Townshend Recorded by The Who From Who’s Next, 1971 And I blame you:

Dianne, Have you heard of Kate Wolf? She had a heart of gold. She was one of my favorites during the "folk scare." Here's one for you.

There is a tune called "Green Eyed Lady" that was a hit in the 70s.

One of my favorites too along with Baba O' Reilly and Won't Get Fooled Again. One of their best albums, period!
