I thought that Claudia would come to have a cup of coffee with me. Instead, she brought a sealing machine and proceeded to seal my very old kitchen sink. When I close my eyes and look at my house inwardly, I know that I haven´t had the money since my husband died 20 years ago to do some maintenance. Two years ago I painted the living and dining room and I upholstered the dining room chairs. But I did not have the money to do the same with the living room furniture and I know I never will. The only beautiful new thing is my new shower. I still look at it in wonder every day when I use it. When we like beautiful things, it is specially complicated when we know that the moment has come to choose. We cannot have everything anymore.
