Meeting myLot members in reality

I have seen a post where a member who lived 11 years in Germany and now lives in the US, I believe, received a gift from another myLot member who currently lives in Germany. I was amazed by this fact, seeing that myLot has connected people in this sort of way.
I wonder if there are people who have met in real life thanks to the friendship they developed here.
I don't know anybody in person from myLot, and I have only seen one member who lives in the same country as I am, but don't know which part of it.

Who knows what the future brings? Maybe I will meet people from here, in reality. Maybe some of them will come to visit the castle I work in. Everything is possible

A member from Malaysia was going to visit me in Denmark, but her trip to Europe was cancelled and we didn't get the chance to meet. We are still facebook friends, but she has left myLot a long time ago.
