I occasionally saw this via the net and I tried to do it by myself. I am glad that it gos so sucessful. You can add any kinds of fillings inside. The Pita bread is quite funny when it is baking. It can inflate when it is baking inside the oven. I think children will feel excited to see it

It looks really good well done I am so looking forward to moving to a place that has an oven that I can actually use and not a microwave.

I agree that the oven is very useful to make various kinds of delicious food.

@youless Pita bread is very flat. We have it here in Israel. Sometimes I buy it, but, not very often.

@florelway No, it's not, in Greece the most common filling is made with Souvlaki (small pieces of meat and vegetables grilled on a skewer), or Gyros (Greek dish made from meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie).

Adding filling will make that pita bread a pie.

@youless to be honest, I don't know how to make pie because I don't know how to use the flour.

Our hosts in Nepal made pita bread - no, it wasn't pita bread - I forgot - it was chapatis and they made them over a gas ring. But they were very nice.

Pita bread seems to come from Middle East. But I think some bread will look similar.

Nice one. This looks like Indian chapati and roti mixed. Chapati is actually roasted on pan where as roti is baked in an oven.
