Back from the Gym

On this gorgeous afternoon, it was so lovely to be footloose and fancy-free for one night to wear flops to the gym, both ways, until spring is here. We had a half-full class today and no Michelle. But we did use the Pilates ring for our prop du jour for today's class.
Here's what we did in class in no particular order:
2 100 Cycles (on stomach, on back) and 1 Swimming Cycle
2 Down Dogs and 2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 Child's Poses
3 Swan Neck Rolls and 2 Half-Bow Poses (1x/side)
4 Criss-Crosses (2x/side) and 8 Mini Crunches (4x/side)
4 Single Leg Stretches (2x/side) and 4 Single Straight Leg Stretches (2x/side)
4 Mini Peel-ups and 4 Standing Cat-Cow Poses (2x/side) and 4 Double Leg Stretches (2x/side)
6 Knee Squeezes (3x/side) and 4 Half-Circle stretches (2x/side)
That's about it for tonight. See you tomorrow!
