Often, when I don't know what to post about, there is inspiration coming from other members. Sometimes it is a post, sometimes a comment that gives me the inspiration to start a certain topic.
This way, I guess I will always have what to write about.
Where do you get your inspiration from? Are you inspired by other myLot members?

@JudyEv I always hope that all of my posts are interesting. In fact, there were cases when I hoped for a lot of interaction, and only got a few. It is a bit disappointing, but I must take things as they are.

Yes, that is the best way to spend time here. But sometimes, when I comment to another post, inspiration hits me and I can make a new post, too.

I have a bit of an eclectic well of ideas really. Some of my posts come from a simple thought or question I want to ponder. Others come from exactly what you said, the posts or comments of others that inspire me to either elaborate on it, or take it in an entirely new direction. Some of the ideas come from commentary I want to make or an observation I want to make on a story or event in the news. And yet sometimes life just gives you things to talk about as well. Like taking your car to the car wash and getting no water.
A site like this is really just an extension of our lives, a way to chronicle it, express and share our thoughts and ideas and life experiences, and make a little bit of extra money while doing it.

Some people use it as a sort of a diary, which I think is great to develop friendships. I like that, but I also like intriguing posts, too.
Unfortunately, I had to post about some negative stuff that happened in my life today, because I was sent on forced leave because of corona virus. I am not infected, but the Romanian government decided to close down museums and tourist attractions.
