I made a giant lasagna. Side product of cleaning.

Many of you know that I have been fighting for nearly 3 days with flour moths and throwing away a lot of flour. Today I found some delicious precooked lasagna and I decided not to wait until I would have to throw it too. I got the biggest pan I had, thawed a very good tomato sauce I had in the freezer and made a lot of bechamel sauce. I always have a lot of Parmesan cheese, but I also got from the fridge some laminated cheese I had. The lasagna looks awesome although I´m VERY tired. I have not cooked it yet as I want the pasta to get more moist. When it cools (whatever the hour) I´ll warm just a bit, eat it and then will cut batches just for me. This is one of the good side effects of quarantine I am eating smaller dishes now that I´m alone and I have a stable 4 pounds less

I so hope it turns out good. The last one I made was delicious, but then I had found a very good sliced cheese in the fridge.

@marguicha I like to add about three types of various cheese, for lasagna. Parmesan is always sprinkled over the top, before baking. I've used those pre-cooked noodles and we love them!

I love lasagne but rarely get to have it. You have me drooling. It's good that you'll have portions in the freezer for whenever you feel like more lasagne.

I made a big one because I had the tomato sauce already cooked and frozen. And I was cleaning up the pantry. Usually I only make small ones and once in a while.
