March 20 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been good in this strange new world we live in.
I'm thankful for my grandson who turned 28 years old today. He's my first and oldest grandchild. His brother's birthday is in two weeks. Thus, birthday season has started in this family.
I'm thankful for my family, my children, grandchildren, and siblings.
I'm thankful for the work I accomplished this morning on Vendetta. It's coming along well.
I'm thankful I kept my sodium under control today as I finished off the corned beef and veggies from St. Patty's Day.
I'm thankful for myLot, a place I can come to for some normalcy in my day and find out how you're holding up in these strange times.
I'm thankful for reaching my step goal, even with a sore hip.
I'm thankful my hip isn't as bad as yesterday. I don't need my cane.
I'm thankful for the apartment complex I live in. They are enforcing a no visitor ban until further notice. The only people allowed in are medical and only in the hallways. No one is allowed in our apartments. It's a bit restrictive, but if it keeps the virus at bay, that's great.
I'm thankful for all God's blessings, the seen and unseen, and His care of me.

Sorry about the hip but glad it wasn't as bad as yesterday.

What a sweet photo!
Your comment about God's blessings, seen and unseen, really makes me stop and think. You're right, we should remember the unseen things, like joy, peace, divine protection, etc.
