Eating late again today. Have been up early with only a cup of coffee. It is almost noon here now. Eating a blueberry pop tart and a bowl of grits. Have been busy with laundry and other Saturday things in the house as well. Pop tarts always remind me of Dustin. Grits do as well. Actually I have many reminders. He loved my grits and enjoyed pop tarts as well. He liked the unfrosted ones. Which was good, they have less sugar. Memories are the best, don't you agree? I could not survive without them. Now back to my pop tarts and grits. I know many of you are not familiar with grits. I have written about them before. I shared one of my posts if you still have questions. I love butter and cheese in my grits.
I have talked a few times about having breakfast for dinner. Tonight is one of those nights. It has been overcast all afternoon. Not too hot finally. Did not...

Glad you're enjoying your meal. I don't usually eat breakfast but I think I might have some toast this morning.

Memories can be good. But unfortunately there's also bad memories. And i don't like those ones.

@carolDm Our family tradition is to have pop tarts on Christmas morning. Only time we ever have them.

Hubby loves grits. We've been eating polenta lately, when we can find it. Its texture reminds me of grits. Poptarts. Heh. Food of my childhood.

I eat grits when we go to Florida. We hope to go in September. I don't know if I would eat Pop Tarts with grits. :-)
