Another mylotter said something the other day that reminded me of the show Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman (thanks, Tina). Do you remember that show? It starred Jane Seymour as a female doctor in post Civil War Colorado. Joe Lando played her love interest, a man more comfortable with Native Americans than with regular settlers. I remember thinking he was so cute I named my dog Sully, after his character's name.
It just made me think of how few westerns have been on TV the past couple decades. I know there was Deadwood, but I don't have premium cable channels, and I prefer a "cleaner" approach.
Back in the day I guess there was Gunsmoke and Bonanza. They just don't do westerns anymore. At least that I know about. Anyone have suggestions? What would you make one about? I guess it could be a modern western as well.

I'm not a western fan; so I don't have any suggestions. Sorry!

I was a child when Dr Quinn ran in the Romanian TV. I can't remember too much of it.

Although we never saw the TV show with Jane Seymour, we are aware of who she is. It seems people are not interested in watching such shows these days?

I used to watch that series. There are many old western TV series being shown.
