Interesting Cleaning Tips

I found an interesting article about whether disinfectant wipes actually kill bacteria. It states that it depends on what material the wipe is made out of and how saturated it is. Also, how hard the surface is cleaned. The active ingredient has to stay moist on the surface you are trying to clean for 4-10 minutes for it to kill the germs. Not all germs are made up the same and may have different cell composition so the chemical mixture used may affect some bacteria right away, while others may take longer. Use different wipes for different areas also because you can spread the germs from one surface to another with just one being used.

It's such a hard call what to do about cleaning now, isn't it? Especially since we can't see the germs, bacteria, or virus at all. Did we or did we not catch all of the culprits in cleaning ?!
