Meteor Storm

I posted earlier that I had gone through my pictures and there was one I seen that I had totally forgot about. I took this photo back in 2014 in the middle of the night of a meteor storm that was visible from where we live. This was in what we have for the middle of nowhere.
As you might notice the light in the lower part of the picture. That is cause there were still light from far off buildings. You can see the streak of the meteor towards the bottom of the photo. Unfortunately, I did not have a great camera for taking these kinds of photos.
I had set the camera in a tripod, set up the telephoto lens, and set the camera to take photos every few seconds and hoped I would get at least one good photo. I had stopped it at 500 and something photos. I had changed the settings a few times hoping to get something out of it.
500 and something photos later I found out the next morning that this was the one decent photo of them all. I think it is kind of cool but I was hoping for so much more.

I can see one meteor falling. The stars are lovely.
