Food Porn: "Pasta Sardines"

I'm about to have my lunch and wanted to share this 'pasta sardines.' It's not that fancy but it's good to be served on the table today. My mother used the sardines' sauce, basil, and olives. Then, sprinkled it with ground pepper and salt. What did you have for today?

We make pasta and sardines in Italy, but without tomato sauce and with big chunks of sardines added, it's good.

I also like eating bitter gourd. Did you soak it with water for a few minutes? My mother does this so that it will lessen the bitter taste.
