So with things locked down, I'm working out from home. Still wake up at 5am, I do push-ups, squats, front lunges, reverse lunges, and burpees. 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest and then proceed to the next exercise. Body weight exercises seem to be the norm these days unless one has a home gym. I only have two 20-pound dumbbells, resistance bands, a foam roller, and a yoga mat so I make do with hat I have. All through out the day, I stand up and do at least ten reps of push-ups and air squats just to keep moving. Man, I miss my gyms. Anyone else working out from home? Tell me about it in the comments sections below.

Good for you. I'm really impressed. It's so important to try to keep up physical and mental fitness.

Since I do not have q home gym at this time, my workouts are walking around the corner and picking up the mail plus do housework like picking up the clothes from the basket, clean up the cat litter and throw out the garbage.

Any form of physical activity at this time is better than no physical activity at all.

We are also in lockdown, but we are both retired, not a lot has changed for us, except that we cannot go out grocery shopping.

So how do you manage to get groceries? Does someone do it for you? Here in our country, senior citizens are not allowed outside since they are more prone to catch the virus. They are being assisted though by good samaritans. Provisions have been made for them but I do not know if that is being done regularly

@LadyDuck those are good options. Something similar is being done here.

@allen0187 We are assisted by volunteers, we call the one nearest our residency, we give the list of what we need and the money and the volunteer brings back our grocery. I had a delivery this morning and tomorrow another delivery from online shopping at the local grocery store.

My exercise lately has been: more weeding, more running up and down the stairs, etc.

@YrNemo true. That is why I always have a tall glass of iced lemon water on hand. I drink as often as a possible to keep the hunger pangs away.

@allen0187 (I have been a bit worried of getting a bad habit: eating due to bordom. This isolation time is a bit difficult when I can't even jump on any bus or train and just wandering around the city or big shopping malls for fun.)

@mrki444 good for you. Perhaps add a plank or wall sit for good measure.

Dog walking is a great exercise as well. Plus, you get to relax with your dogs.

I can't jog these days... so I started doing burpees and pushups... I aim to increase the number of reps each day... staying at home the whole day made me think of nothing but food. hehehe
