I really admire Mario Salerno who is a landlord in Brooklyn New York who is showing his heart of compassion to his tenants who due to circumstances beyond their control who have lost their jobs due to Coronavirus pandemic that has plagues our world has decided to take a financial loss this month by waiving the rent for April.
Salerno who owns around 80 apartments in the New York City region is doing this act of kindness as a way to ease the mental stress that his tenants are going though at this time.
Salerno is encouraging his tenants to assist one another during this turbulent time.

Mario did the right thing since it is not the fault of his tenants if they lost their jobs due to a pandemic.

80 apartments? Wow! He is definitely taking a huge loss to help his tenants; but he obviously can afford it. Great gesture.

Mario admits his kind gesture will take a toll on his finances in the short run. I am sure that he has faith in God Himself that he will get a donation from an unknown source.

Even here, so many building and property owners are waiving the 1 month rent. But the question is what about the 2nd month?
