Good afternoon. 
I have decided to have a day off today just enjoying and spending time with family. I did sketching so far. And I made eggless cup brownie for the first time. It felt really good. I baked after quite a long time. The feeling was good and peaceful. It was delicious. My mother also liked it.

@marlina I have a pot roast in the crock pot. Should be tasty. Just put some nominal seasoning on it...just a little No Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a no salt seasoning I like that I get from the Dollar Tree of all places. Poured a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top and will add some potatoes later in the cooking process.

So good to hear from you after so long.
We wanted to bake on Friday. But we are out of baking powder and vanilla essence. So keeping the plan at halt for few days. Will check for it once I am out next time for grocery.

It doesn't look very appetising.
I do a lot of cooking but rarely baking. I am more of your savoury kind of guy, plus I am sweet enough.
