Why Americans dont dub foreign shows/movies? Always English subtitles

In Germany American shows and foreign shows are dubbed in German. In China there are theaters that dubs Hollywood movies in Mandarin.
Almost the whole world does dubbing but not the Anglosphere countries, USA, UK,Canada ,Australia and New Zealand doesn't dub foreign stuff, Unless its Anime. Live action foreign movies should get English dub because it will make people less racist. People who prefers subtitles can still watch with subs but I think there should be market for dubs.
African countries though dubs Korean,Latin, Filipino and Turkish drama in English.
USA does dub Anime in English but not the Japanese live action shows.
Dubbing foreign shows will add more jobs for voice actors. I think Dubbing will make more western people more open minded with foreign media. Dubbing is the reason why Many Americans like Anime, which is a Japanese media.
Usually Hollywood prefers remaking Asian materials with White actors instead.
The French DVD of the Korean Oscar winning movie Parasite have French dub but the US release only have English subs. I know there are anti-dub people who are super pro subtitles but have these people realized that Dyslexic people can't read?
For me dub is not discrimination against language but a gateway for people to understand other cultures.
Netflix offers dub options for European and Asian countries but not to Americans and Anglos people.

I think everything should be sub-titled, dubbed or not, makes it much easier for deaf and people with bad hearing.
However, my impression is that instead of dubbing foreign films, they're either just shown in art cinemas or remade in English.
I wouldn't see either though, neither the remake nor the dubbed version. I'm grown-up with sub-titles, so dubbing just seems very weird to me and I like hearing foreign languages. I don't use the dubbing option in Netflix either, I tried 5 minutes of a Ghibli film in English, and it was just wrong.
They might give you only sub-titles 'cause it 's cheaper, dubbing costs more money than sub-titles.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It's still more expensieve, since you need more than one actor and people to do the technical stuff. And I don't think Non Union actors are paid much less here than the ones in unions. That'd be illegal.
Hearing lot of languages is also good when you start learning them. Much easier to get it right if you're used to hearing the language.

They can use non Union actors like me though, Non Union actors are very cheap. I do grew up with subtitles but became pro-dub when I became an actor because you know..... dubs gives me cash.

@Torunn Not the case here. Many voice actors intentionally does not join Union to consistently get jobs. Video Game companies had stopped casting Union actors.

Most foreign films were dubbed into English. Only during the past 40 years did that practice stop because of the desire to see a film in its pure form.

Which made some people refuse to watch it because they hate subtitles. I think Majority of Americans still don't like subs.I have a feeling Hollywood is threatened by dub. I mean they prefer remaking Asian movies with white actors.

@JohnRoberts These 2 guys are award winning actors, the dub didnt gave them justice.. Now I know why many Americans are anti-dub

I am not sure how they do it in the US and why, but unlike many other Europe countries we don't dub movies for adults. Movies for small children are dubbed because they are too young to read to subtitles, but that is the only exception. Other movies are subtitled. I like subtitles and because I like to listen to the original language.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Good voice actors are really important, if it isn't done properly it could ruin the movie. I am used to listening to the original language because we always use subtitles. When I watch German channels, the American actors speak German, and it is hard to get used to that. I understand German, but I am used to the original voices.

Also many voice actors cant give justice to the real actors. These 2 men are award winning actors and look how the voice actors messed them up:

Netflix doesnt offer the dub option to Americans. Only to the Europeans but more people would have Watch Parasite if there is a dub option. I do watch subtitled movies but as a voice actor, dubbing will give me opportunities.
