Last week I shared the nest of three eggs I found in my front garden. Tiny eggs in the miniature spruce tree.
I counted 10 days from when the last one was laid. Remember, at first I could see the eggs each day. Now the male and female are taking turns incubating.
They squawk at me when I get close now. I wrote on my calendar when to start watching for the eggs to hatch. April 8th was day ten. I have been trying to see the nest since then. No luck.
Earlier I went out and actually saw the nest without the bird. The eggs are still there, so nest watch continues. Any day now we (I should say thrashers will have the eggs) should have baby birds.

Hopefully you'll have three noisy little baby birds chirping away soon!

@CarolDM Unless you're hungry, you can have eggs for breakfast tomorrow, and then no worries about loud, chirping baby birds! haha
