Missing me

This has been a bit of an off day for me. I have not been here much at all.
Some techie things have had glitches.
I woke up with a headache.
All around, I just felt blah.
Tomorrow we will finally go shopping. I keep putting it off as much as possible.
So I may not be here a lot tomorrow either.
I did have a webinar today as well.
So that was a good thing.
We bought a pizza at a gas station tonight. It was supreme, and very delicious.It has been more than a month since we have had a pizza.
I did use my gravity rider for a little bit today. May do so again before bed. It is a new habit I need to build as it stretches my muscles out.
I read on here much more than I posted.

The brand is Voit. I saw a cool bike on the TV this morning that might be good too. Too bad I do not have the $200 to buy it.

They want only one person from a family in a store. There are suggested times for the elderly or vulnerable. Other than that no guidelines at all. Because we live a long ways from any large store I try to go a long time in between trips.

I will put it out here that some of my "blah" can be blamed on hubby. We will see if it improves next week. His binge watching means he is not doing anything with me and I am not a television person.

@GardenGerty That can be frustrating. I run into that sometimes, and I am not sure how to express what I am needing to get some more time. I don't even always realize that's behind my blah!

@GardenGerty we used to do it every other week at least. Last nights wasnt fully cooked. But mom took it out thinking it was and gave it so whatever. Ate mostly cheese sauce and pepperoni

Gravity rider is the name brand for a piece of equipment made by voit. It is one of those contraptions where you push with your feet and pull with your arms. I find it stretches out my back.

I haven't been here much for months now. I do take a peek once in awhile or when I'm in the mood. Even though I have all the time in the world now to be here in mylot, I find myself doing other things.

I get lots of headaches, the worst ones are when they wake me out of a sound sleep. Most of the time they go away. I try not to complain. I think sometimes they are caused by the weather moving through, spring storms and such.

@GardenGerty I've been blessed and only had two headaches, in my entire life. One time I'd been crying for hours, another time I had the flu. I wouldn't wish them onto my worst enemy!
