A Knock on the Door and a Bang on the Roof

First the female mallard knocked on the door...I think she was just taking a break from the horrific winds. We had a cold front come through; and it's still very windy. Then there were big banging noises on the roof and a metallic sound as whatever was on the roof rolled around in the wind. Finally in a big gust of wind, it blew off the roof and into the tree out front. It looks like a piece of gutter. Hubs will have to go check out our roof and see where it came from. Then there was another knock on the door. No duck this time. It was a delivery from Walmart.com. :-) I hope you all survived those terrible storms last night. Photo Credit: Pixabay

I hope the guttering came from someone else's house and not your own.

We haven't been able to find out where it came from yet. It's a big piece of metal.
