Scooting Off For Now...

Scooting off for now... going to a video conference meeting with some of our people based in the UK. Hopefully, the meeting turns out fine and I don't have to deal with hard-headed counterparts. LOL! They first met last Monday but I didn't got on board until Tuesday. By that time, I was mentally checked out and I was looking forward to the weekend. We're resuming the meeting today and hopefully, the matter is resolved by today, otherwise, it might drag on until middle next week which our department doesn't want. It keeps the department from actually being productive during this time. Now sure if that is the plan but if it is... they are doing a great job! LOL!
Do you like attending meetings? Don't you think these meetings are counter-productive?
Plus, I always thought that there are meetings that are better as email.

When I used to work. Yes because during the meeting we can discuss all our concerns and problems. It helps me to improve my working capability too.

A pre-meeting before the meeting... do you have post -meetings as well?
I'd go crazy if that was the case.

Teleconferncing sometimes works well. But it's convenient for it could be done anytime. The only problem is the Internet signal.

@allen0187 I rang a friend who is working from home but I rang in the evening. She says she is putting more hours now as she is stil working out how to cope without paper copies, etc.
