I do not know that soap but I know how to make soap in a survival situation using only wood ash from campfire, water and vegetable oil. It's not as hard as real soap and could sometimes be like dishwashing liquid, not as fragrant as soap but it could clean.

@youless the secret is to extract the most lye from pot ash. Those commercial soap diy comes with fragrances, hardeners that survival soap making does not have.
I learned the process of saponification long ago in chemistry laboratory class, I remember the word saponification clearly well because " sabon" is the Filipino word for soap from the Spanish word " jabon"
