1923 - Insulin became generally available for those with diabetes.
1924 - Rand McNally publishes its first road atlas.
1933 - Elizabeth Montgomery was born. She was an American movie, stage and TV actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Samantha Stephens on Bewitched from 1964-1972, for which she received 5 Primetime Emmy Award nominations and 4 Golden Globe nominations.

Ahh heck, should have had a banana today for breakfast. Oh well, maybe I will have banana bread for dessert just to celebrate a little bit.
