Its a month now since I have been working from home. Have not met my family and friends this last month. I have a few weeks back started a practice of contacting friends and family with whom I have not been in touch for many months. Daily morning I pick up one name from my contact list and send them a message inquiring about their well being. Its made me feel good and I think I will continue this practice even after this epidemic is forgotten.
Has this COVID brought any change in you?

This is an interesting practice you started. I have more time for reflection.

Yes it's a great way but you can also make a WhatsApp group with them and stay in touch all the time

Texting is okay, but what about talking to the person? I prefer talking to a person versus texting.
To me, being old school, texting means you're still too lazy to talk or spend time with the person on the phone. This is me, and maybe you don't have time for more than a short text to your friend. It's good you're keeping in contact. If you have time, call them instead.
