I've been staying up late and sleeping in for the past month. Soon, I will change things up again, IF we get off of lockdown and I can head back to the pool. Then it will be business as usual. I know many of you are looking forward to business as usual. In the meantime, I exercise the best way I can and keep to my food program/diet so I can continue to lose weight. Here are my numbers for food and exercise yesterday. Breakfast - 1 Banana, 2 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 460 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 49 Protein: 26.1 Sodium: 541 Fat: 14.3 Snack - Banana Porridge - 2 Bananas, 1 Serving Raisins, 1 Serving Almond Milk Calories: 330 Sugar: 53 Carbs: 78 Protein: 4.2 Sodium: 127 Fat: 3.1 Snack 2 - 1 Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1 Slice Homemade Banana Bread Calories: 348.2 Sugar: 6.2 Carbs: 20.5 Protein: 6.3 Sodium: 5.75 Fat: 24.26 Lunch - Tuna Salad - 1 Package Tuna, 1 Roma Tomato, 1 Serving Avocado Oil Mayo Calories: 136 Sugar: 1.6 Carbs: 3.4 Protein: 16.6 Sodium: 283.1 Fat: 6.1 Snack 3 - 1 Serving Seedless Green Grapes Calories: 34 Sugar: 7.6 Carbs: 8.9 Protein: 0.4 Sodium: 1 Fat: 0.1 Total Stats: Calories: 1308.7 Sugar: 81.4 Carbs: 159.8 Protein: 53.6 Sodium: 957.85 Fat: 47.86 Calories burned: Store Walking - 177 Bicep Curls - 2 Hours - 894 Steps - 8585/3.25 Mile - 491 Total calories burned - 1562 Total calories = -253.3 With shopping and pushing a grocery cart, no steps are added, so I added a half hour walking time as that's how long I was in the store. I think I did all right. Especially with the number of calories burned. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

I hate this new tracker as it does the same as yours and doesnt track steps when pushing a cart. Yet does when moving your arms around, folding laundry, mopping, ugh. So annoying. Might have to use the old tracker again. But feel bad because my cousin bought these new ones

Mine doesn't track when I move my arms alone or if I'm carrying something. I'm getting a new Fitbit with the Stimulus. I want something that works the way it should. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with it.

@Courtlynn Yes, it is annoying. I just came home from the grocery store and I know the steps didn't track. However, I have the essentials for my son's birthday tomorrow.

I think you did great, and negative calories after what you worked off? That's awesome.

Oh, I do. I will this weekend when I celebrate my son's birthday with him. I just don't waiver too often and try to account for those calories.

I think you're doing extremely well. I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but I think this will go on for a while longer. I've said from the beginning be prepared for months not weeks.
