I´m turning into a nosy neighbor.

For over 20 years I just met 2 of my neighbors one of whom was my brother. Then, last year, the house that was my mother´s, next to mine, was bought by a young couple with 2 kids. They are nice and for 2 Christmas they have brought me a nice present. Today, as I was washing the dishes, I saw 2 young women at the other side of the street engaged in what it seemed to be a fight while keeping their distance and with masks on. I went out to watch. I have turned into a nosy person now that there is nothing much to do While I was watching (I had not yet learned if it was a conversation or a fight) Luna came to me. She sat and looked at me. I was engaged in something else. So Luna started to moan seated and waggling her tail. And she looked at me as if to tell me to look at her. I was ashamed. Just then Claudia called me that she would be late. I would never have done this if it wasn´t for the quarantine. Note: This is not Luna. Luna doesn´t live in a kennel. She has a house. But Luna looks like this dog from Pixabay.

I get your feeling.... Since there isn't much that can be done we do tend to shift focus..... I do understand the gesture that Luna was showing

I'm always looking out the windows at the parking lot these days.

Everything is too empty. But I am also terrified of going out.

I would have wondered what was going on too. Luna knows how to get your attention. :-)

I understand you perfectly, today I told my mother that I do not like silence on the street, well I used to like it but now it is much quieter I prefer to see people go by and I want to return to normal soon.

We are loud people in my country. This silence gets into my nerves.

I think it's better if we can find things to keep ourselves engaged and busy indoors

It is not terrible if we look across the street.

It can't be helped, especially if the boredom is really getting into you.
