Self Manicured

I have done something for a change yesterday. I manicured my hands. I am not an expert doing it but I do it every now and then. It is the first time I manicured my hands this year. How I wish I am in the Philippines for letting my nails manicured in a salon. The nail technician do it well and they really get off the cuticle of the nails. I was always contented.
In Germany, I seldom went to a nail salon as I was not contented how they did it. For me, it is just a waste of money. So, I do it myself every time before I go to an event or travel.
The photo is no longer looking good as I have washed the dishes already before I remembered taking a photo.
Do you go to a salon for a manicure?
Anyway, the weather today is not inviting for me to go out. It is only 12 degrees celcius and overcast. I hope you have a wonderful sunny day.

Doing the manicure by yourself means you are ambidextrous - adept with both left and right hands.

You did a wonderful job.
I doubt that I will be going to a salon for any nail work within the next year, I don't want to put myself in such close corners as that with another person.

I wish I could cut my hair, too @Letranknight2015. I can only cut my bang but not to shorten my hair from the back.

I love the way you did your nails!
I don't usually get a manicure and just keep my nails trimmed and maybe a clear coat of polish

Thank you @Marilynda1225. Those were the only colors I got at home and they are starting to get think and old. Maybe I can´t use them next time.

its look nice design and good color too. As i know here women mostly not go for the salon for nail beauty as they do at home.

i've done manicure maybe 4 times in my life, usually when i feel like having a bit longer nails, but i can't grow them myself because they split, but i prefer "natural look"
