April 25 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a good but tough day. My brain is done for today.
I'm thankful for the notifications. You guys are the best in the world. I finished the first round this morning. The rest since then will need to wait until tomorrow.
I'm thankful for the work I accomplished with Vendetta. I have almost all the pieces put where they belong so the timeline is accurate. I cut one part out and put it in a separate file to work with it tomorrow. It's the last important piece for this major scene. I read what I did yesterday and it's all fitting together well.
I'm thankful for my health. I tried to go for a walk, but I was winded going out the door, so I turned around and came back and worked on Vendetta. Don't worry, I'm fine.
I've been hungry today. My numbers will show just how much tomorrow. I still need to get my steps in and my bicep curls. I also need to go to bed early. I have my weekly medication early tomorrow and church via FB.
That's been my day. I'll see you all tomorrow. It's time to exercise to my TV shows.
What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

@Courtlynn I did thank you. Now, I'm hanging up my shoes until Thursday afternoon at the earliest. It's all rain until then.

I am glad you had a good day and that all sounds good :) I am thankful for the 14,000 + steps I got today (mostly from working out 2 hours straight).

I admire you for being able to write novels. There is so much research involved and so much work that goes beyond the story outline. I don't even have the imagination to come up with storylines!
Is the church you are participating in still the one you normally attend in person? It's good you have the ability to do that.
I have felt very grateful in general lately. My son has provided me a good little apartment -- just right for me. I have a computer and pets and thus, company. I'm already retired so not missing work or a paycheck. And no longer any children at home to worry about. And I'm NOT Sick! My family members are still well, too. I have thought a lot about the many people who are still having to work in risky conditions, the people who are missing their salaries, the ones who are caring for large families and of course the ones who are sick or have lost loved ones with this horrifying illness. I am so lucky. Thanks for helping us pause to remember to be grateful.

I love the research. Even in my science fiction novels, there's a lot of research to do. This one isn't science fiction. I've had a good imagination my entire life. I've been writing since I was 8.
Yes. We started streaming our services about a month before everything closed due to the pandemic. It streams live on Facebook. Only the pastors and the worship team are at the church on Sunday morning, and most likely the sound guy who streams the service.
That's wonderful your son provided an apartment for you. That's good you're retired and not missing work or paycheck. Yes, I think about all those without income now. I know it's hard for them. I'm glad you're healthy and so is your family. We do have a lot to be grateful for.
You're welcome.
