I have been suffering stomach ache, feeling that I am always bloated and has a lot of gas and back pain. And I know it is the possibility of being hyperacidic and a doctor I consulted via call confirmed it. Yesterday I have to go out to buy omeprazole. Also, I need to cut my coffee. It has been three days that I do not drink my coffee. Today I feel much better. How are you all?

I agree with @hereandthere, those are also symptoms of gallstones.

Take care. Hope that you feel okay soon. I remember taking Omeprazole 8 years ago. And then the doctor gave me another med called Tramadol higher dosage.

I am better now, thank you. You are taking Tramadol -- that is quite different from the works of omeprazole, right?

When I suffer hyperacidity, I just drink sodium bicarbonate (or baking soda with water) and it works for me.
