Good morning.
I have been procrastinating a lot for working out and tend to do only walk. Few days back my friend motivated me and told me to see online sessions that will give me a start. And it surprisingly did. I workout a lot yesterday and had a good sleep. When I woke up today I had workout pain and that is healthy because that means it is going to give effect. I have decided to do it regularly. Let's hope for the best.
Do you workout daily too?

It really feels good to have some exercise even if not daily;yes, I do some minutes of biking and walking in the morning.

In any workout first start slowly to give up.. At first we get pain then your body tempt to do daily.. So don't worry.. Yes I am also doing my daily workout..
