She finally found her love....

Counting the days of Danie in heat, she was supposed to mate on the 9th, 11th, and the 13th day as per the vet's recommendation.
We found her mate weeks before that and communicated with them regarding the breeding. However, the stud wasn't available on the 9th day. So I had to consult my vet again and she said it's still possible until the 15th day as long as Danie is receptive to the mate.
Danie finally met Cotton on the 12th day that she's in heat and it was a love at first sight. She almost leapt out of my arms to be with him and I had to held her back. There were other male dogs there but she had her eyes set only on Cotton.
On the 14th day she was in heat, we had her mated again. This time, the moment our car stopped at the gate, she already knew she would be with Cotton and she really cried a lot wanting to get out of the car.
They really liked each other and I was amazed that Danie was very receptive.
Now the waiting period for Danie to actually get pregnant begins. I do pray she will be. And I pray she'd be healthy.

@allen0187 Never sell. I will give one to a very trusted friend of mine whom I know will take care and love the puppy as much as I do. One will be given to the stud owner as her share. The rest, I'm keeping.

@DianneN The owner of the sire wants to have one of the puppies, she wants the female litter.
One of my trusted friends told me she would love to have one as well. My husband and I already planned on giving her one before she could even ask because we knew quite well that she would be able to provide for the puppy the way we do.
The rest of the puppies we will be keeping. But if Danie will only have one, we'll definitely keep it. If two, just the sire owner and us.
If we could keep all, we would.

Yes. Cotton is too. Bichon Frise breeds have a very loving and affectionate temperament. They're patient and generous to kids that's why they're the safest playmate for kids.
But like any other dogs, if one isn't treated well, they could be aggressive. Danie and Cotton are never aggressive. Danie is just sweeter and more affectionate than Cotton thought. Maybe because she's highly socialized so she adores being with a lot of people, even strangers.
