'Glorious, amazing, majestical, are but a few of the words to describe how it sounds, feels, looks. Feels ... because it sprays a thunderous amount of water that has fallen to the bottom and leaps back up to wet everything, like summer rain.'
My photo depicts how wet we got every time we walked the long pathway on the edge of the falls. quite exhilarating to start one's morning with such a walk.

I am impressed you could walk that in those shoes. My feet dont like such things.

@Inlemay Ah gotcha. I spend most of my time in birks or something like it. My feet need a hard formed heel

I was surprised too, however, I had worn other shoes the day before and I slipped all over the show, luckily not over the gorge. ha ha Eventually I was walking bare feet - hoping no snakes or wet spiders found my feet because you have to concentrate where you walk to every viewpoint. these actual flip flops are JEEPS and held the surface quite well.

It looks like you went well prepared with your wet gear.
