Barking!!! I WOKE UP...Grrr!!!

It has been days that my neighbor cannot pacify his dog. Dogs are like kids, too. I assumed that this dog is so hungry. The owner is so insensitive since some of his neighbors are still sleeping early in the morning. If I can only throw a piece of meat to this dog, I will do it to stop barking. @Shavkat Is the dog outside all the time that he or she barks? I have a cat and she does not bother anyone but the neighbor above me causes us so much trouble? I try to ignore him and just will not let me rest and be in peace. He is such a bully with no conscience.

Yes, this dog always barks every mealtime. It seems like the dog is not fed enough not to bark.

@Shavkat Is the dog fat or not? If the dog is fat maybe they put the dog on a diet and the dog wants more food so he or she barks.

Since I am a new neighbor, it is my option to talk to the owner soon. Perhaps I need to do it after the lockdown. It makes me have a lack of sleep lately. The course of action is to take a nap every afternoon.

My neighbors are nice. An older couple, one of whom is hard-of-hearing so his wife speaks loudly at him. Not a problem in the winter but when we all start opening the windows and our houses are less than 6 feet apart it's a little distracting. They go to bed early. The other side is a lovely young couple who just built a new house, with lots of windows facing my house and a huge wood living room. I can hear the kids yelling, arguing, playing. It doesn't bother me because the little girl is my piano student and the boy will probably start after I am allowed to do private lessons in person again.

It seems your neighbors can be tolerated by their noises. As for me, I need to have more patience. My family and I are new here. But then, it is not an excuse to let this stinky dog keeps on barking early in the morning. I am missing my old house because we don't have this kind of neighbor.

Sometimes they played loud music early in the morning. Since I am a new neighbor, I tried to conceal my feelings about this concern. I cannot open the site today.

I don't want to comment further but they just drop their trash down to our unit. One of the accidentally scratched our car with the mirror of hos motorcycle without saying a thing. The other peed at the bumper

That's the worst situation. Your neighbors are really not good with these bad things done. Have you ever tried to complain them to your barangay unit?

I am sorry, poor dog, if he is hungry he barks. My neighbors are fine, we would call the police if a dog barked during "silence hours".

our neighbors are fine, but these who lived on the upper floor used to be too loud, but my mom talked to them, so it's all good. maybe you should try talking to that neighbor too?
