As many would have know, I had volunteered to go to fight against Co-Vid 19 which we are doing the backend support for the doctors and nurses.
The first Community Containment Facility would meant that we have patients whom were mildly ill or on the stage of recovery. In total, we have 10 halls housing a few thousand patients. They will be housed there for medical attention.
In the first 3 days when I was there, I had been posted to setup the vital sign monitoring kiosks. It was tiring work as we will have to setup the kiosk table, ensure that all the instruments are been secured so that no patients can take them away. (This prove to be a good move as there are some patients taking these equipment.)
On the next few days I went to help out with the admin before I have been tasked as a part of the secretariat roles as a more permanent positioning.
Long working hours and constant working do not allow me to spend too much time on mylot. But I will try to come in as much as possible.

You make a good job of volunteer and it is an unforgettable experience. Here we call the halls housing patients "mobile cabin hospitals."

Thank you for sharing with us your experience. Truly it is a big risk to be working there.
