I'm tempted to head to Montana. Would you?

I usually visit my cabin in Montana in August. There is always work to be done, and I enjoy being "off the grid" and working on projects.
I made this bridge back in the 1980s, and have maintained it ever since. It crosses my creek, an is made of Douglas fir trees.
The version you see was made perhaps 10 years ago. My friend with a chainsaw had passed away (I don't have one), so even my spans were cut down using a handsaw.
You can see that I have put in some supports under those spans, as they were less thick than earlier versions.
Last Summer, I replaced a few cross-pieces, but the bridge was basically solid. It would be interesting to see the cabin earlier in the Summer than usual.
As a bonus, there are only about 1,000,000 people in all of Montana, and I read that there had only been about 10 cases of Covid-19 in the whole State. I'd be curious to see whether folks are running around in masks up there.
I have some painting to do inside the cabin, and of course I want to check on my bridge and fence. I am not guaranteed work here in California until July. What would you do?

@TheHorse I wish I had an escape destination. You are perfectly set to get away from it all with your own place.

Never been to Montana. But wouldn't mind going. They say some of the best Chinese restaurants in America are in Montana. I love Chinese food!

@TheHorse - Well! Should I tell you that I read the article about 30 years ago? Maybe that was then. I don't know. I just thought when I read the article: 'Montana? Chinese food? I don't get the connection.'
But you wouldn't associate Chinese food with Alabama either. And one time we were driving through Alabama and needed to stop somewhere to eat. My husband said he was not going to eat at another McDonald's and he was determined to find a Chinese restaurant. He found one. The food was delicious! It was called Happy China Restaurant. Smack dab in the heart of Alabamee!
It's a wonderful memory.

I agree with John. If you have to self isolate, why not do it somewhere you really enjoy? Have fun!

Take your jacket and head on up. I things the odds are extremely slim you will see anybody in Montana in a mask, if you do, they are probably passing through.

Hmm...in almost the middle of no where while the coronavirus hits? Heck yes, I would go.
