What's for dinner?

Yesterday, hubby and I baked whole fish. One was trout and another was branzino. It turned out really good. For tonight's dinner I am making rice with chicken breast and broccoli in Island Soyaki sauce. I may add some sweet canned corn to it. I haven't had that kind of food in a while so really looking forward to it. What are you having for dinner tonight? Or what did you have if dinner already happened?

I've had trout before but don't know the other fish mentioned. I'm glad you had a nice dinner. Mine on the 7th was lentil soup and beef hot dogs.

Cooking a whole fish can be a bit of a lottery. Glad it turned out well.
