Storming Here But Errands To Run

I am fixing to hit the road and knock out a few errands. I have to go pick up my mother's prescriptions, go by post office to mail Ebay packages, go to post office in LA to check out mailbox and go to the bank.
It has been storming here all morning. We have another bad band moving in soon so I want to beat it and get on the road. It is moving south and I will be in rain again in Louisiana.
That is about all on my agenda today. Don't fall out of your chair with all of the excitement. I will catch up on notifications when I get home.
How is the weather in your area? Do you have pretty blue skies or rain in the forecast also?

Same weather here, but it has eased up and just wet now. Our power briefly went out.

I ended up just getting my mom's medicine. Only one prescription so I get to go back on Monday. I'm about ready to switch pharmacies. This one is ridiculous. We haven't refilled this one since March and they say it can't be refilled until Monday?? Which even if was the real case, why not load her 3-4 pills until then? I'm so tired of dealing with these people.

I was going to go camping, but cancelled my plans when they said it was going to rain here all weekend. So instead I volunteered to work an all-day shift at work. And guess what? It's beautiful and sunny out today. The rain isn't going to hit us until tomorrow now. I could have at least gotten in a full night and full day of camping! Doh!
