Biscuits and Gravy for Early Dinner

Decided to have biscuits and gravy for dinner. So that is what's on the menu. Breakfast for dinner. I have always enjoyed breakfast food any time of the day.
I had a late breakfast of waffles and a banana. Skipped lunch. That calls for an early dinner.
I will leave off the grits. Hoping to find a good movie later.
The rain continues to fall as well as the cool temperatures.
Have a good evening everyone. Dinner plans anyone?

This made me realize that we are eating differently now. I wonder if that is because of the difficulty of buying food in the market.

@LowRiderX I make it myself. Very easy. A little oil or butter it the pan, then stir in flour, then milk and seasoning.

I had left over ribs and brussel sprouts. Coincidentally my husband and son had homemade biscuits and sausage gravy. They were craving it.

I was just thinking about biscuits and gravy this morning! I made some a couple of weekends ago, so I was thinking about adding them back on to my grocery list for when I go shopping again. I have plenty of bacon and sausage, so if I just grab some eggs, grits, and biscuits and gravy, I will be able to cook me up quite a spread this weekend! Hope you enjoyed your meal. I haven't quite decided what's for dinner tonight, I'm waiting to see what the gf is in the mood for.

I had a ground chicken burger with BBQ sauce and some spicy waffle fries. I love biscuits and gravy. We usually have them with strawberry preserves...

I had a once in a blue moon DQ 6 Dollar Meal. The roommates and I helped a friend clean up her office. The friend bought we 3 gals lunch for helping her. I am still full.

Sometimes I too go for a different option for dinner. Yet today it was deep fried Indian speciality - Poori(I d not know its English form)and Potato gravy vegetable(we call it Aloo ki Subzi).
Not a light dinner, but overall quite tasty!

I had some good rest, and well, we had some dusty winds and light rains. Weather is cooler. We had power cut for a couple of hours, and the electricity is back again.

We picked up from our usual Friday place. I had chicken on pita with soft chips.
I'm making sausage egg biscuits on Friday for dinner.
