A new week begins......

A new working week begins and I am looking forward to it being productive. Woke up feeling fresh and enthusiastic. I went out for an hour walk around my apartment complex. I went for an outdoor exercise after 50 days and the early morning fresh air and chirping of birds felt so good. And it was too early at 5:30 AM and it was just I and husband there out for our walk. Being lone walkers was an extra advantage. We enjoyed it. Back from walk enjoyed ginger tea made by husband. After an hour of few chores, I took my exercise session online with children. Today we kept it to simple movements, breathing and few minutes of guided meditation. So that's all for my exercise session. I am done with a healthy breakfast of idli and sambhar ( a South Indian healthy dish) . Its streamed rice cakes with sambhar that is spicy lentil soup with loads of veggies. Everyone is into their work post breakfast. I have to clean two kitchen shelves and arrange them. That's on to do list for the day. On work front, other than my two online classes, I have a meeting scheduled with the principal of our school in afternoon over phone. It would be mainly to discuss and plan out things in this pandemic crisis. Nothing much planned for the day. Chores and my work should be good enough to keep me engaged. I am looking to this after a whole Sunday of being a couch potato. Hope you all are having good time. What's on your to do list??

I don't have a whole lot planned. I do want to try and do some 'homework' with my girls. Just try and keep the kids busy.

Keeping kids busy is a big task especially if they are too young. They are full of energy and that needs to be streamlined into productive things. How old are your children?

@dodo19 They are quite young and must be handful with the kind of energy and inquisitive nature they have at this age. But they are fun to be though it might be challenging to engage them.

You can be spontaneous and make plans on the spot. That is also fun and we all end up doing it sometimes.

You are on a day off from work or from Mylot? I have not been out much since the lockdown and step out only if it is an absolute necessity.

All I did was my usual - a morning walk, YouTube exercise videos. light cleaning, and laundry. I'm done for the day except for reading and making dinner. Enjoy your day.

That seems like enough to engage you in a day. My day is almost over. Relaxing here after dinner. Will get up in some time to clean dishes and kitchen shelf .

We too are in red zone but no containment zone. I went out to walk in my apartment complex after long 50 days. I did not step out since the first lockdown. I am planning to learn the basics of trading. Husband has been asking me to do so since a long time but I don't find time and since not much interested there, I make an excuse.

@birjudanak A complete solution might not be there in near future. We have to practice precautions and make them as part of our life.

No plans is also good in a way. You can do things spontaneous.
