May 11th, 2020 7:40 AM Yesterday There's this group on facebook that I became a part of a few days ago. I'm a member of a group like it on goodreads, though I don't take part in goodreads much anymore. The group is for helping people find books. The problem is that a lot of the posts are about people wanting recommendations. It was a sort of rinse / repeat day yesterday. I made sauasage, eggs and biscuits for supper. Did I tell anyone I'm not a big fan of sausage? I'm not. I can't just eat sausage by itself. It needs to be put with eggs or a biscuit to cut the spice. Oh I did dye my hair yesterday... I'll take a picture eventually and post it here. Today I woke up a little earlier today, mostly because of my crazy dreams. I may post a bit about that later, but I'm not sure since it was so fragmented. It's supposed to be 64f today, and our low is like 49f How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? According to google it's atleast it's own body weight. If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, how many pickled peppers did peter piper pick? half a bushel, apparently.

It's not completely covered, but I like it. I'm not sure when I'll take a photo though.

I am not a big fan of sausages either and it is not something I would eat for dinner.

I prepare breakfast for dinner ever so often. I usually use bacon instead of sausage, but I thought I would change it up as family prefer sausage a little more.

@ScribbledAdNauseum There are some things (like bacon and sausages) that are too hard on my stomach, this is why I never eat for dinner, it would mean a very bad night.

What do they mean by chucking wood exactly? Our temps here are somewhat similar I thought..but there does seem to be a frost warning in effect again..Geez.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It is meant to be a tongue twister, I think chuck is an old term for throw. I chucked it, throw it out There is some insurance commercial where the woodchucks are throwing wood around and are confronted by a farmer.

Your breakfast for dinner sounds really good. We have breakfast for dinner several times a month.

It was delicious, though I did manage to burn the top of the biscuits slightly. With caned biscuits, I cook them until they are just staring to brown at the edges, I touch them to make sure they are done and then put the broiler on to brown the tops... I did that, but then I turned off the broiler without taking them out of the oven and yeah.. Silly me, I should have known better. I used Neese's Sausage (made locally)

@simone10 Yes, it was. The remaining few from that day are in the freezer. I'll get them out and thaw them to bulk up something eventually.

I'm having sausage tonight with peppers and onions. I don't eat sausage often but with meat being hard to get sausage was something they had.

Our meat department is starting to fill back up, but friends have reported their meat department is still scarce (same grocery chain). I've seen locally where farmers are connecting with consumers to get fresh - from - farm meat.

Most of mine are just weird, but not altogether unpleasing. I'm sorry you have such horrid dreams. I know that when I am stressed or depressed, my dreams seem to reflect that. Have you been able to get sleep?

The woodchuck line is the only tongue twister I can really say successfully. I am loving the cooler weather because neither the heater or air conditioner is needed.

Same here! The P's in Peter Piper just twist me up! Yes, I love that we don't have to have either on. We did turn it on when it got below freezing one night.

I can manage two, but three is pushing it. It also depends on the size. If they are small little discs, I can manage those better.

I will take a picture eventually. I tend to stay in my pajamas unless I am going out, and I don't want to take a picture in my pajamas...
