Biting Nails is Not an Option

I am sure some people have this habit of biting their nails when feeling anxious. With this pandemic, it is not an option to do it. Things had changed now and we need to modify or even remove the habit of doing it. Does it make sense? Image Credit: safetyandhealthmagazine.com

That's great. I had colleagues before and they do this when being stressed out in the office.

I also never do this, too. Some adults that I had seen, when they think about something, they do this.

I never did and I am glad that my husband also does not do, it's a bad habit.

Agreed. That's not good. I will listen music and sing songs if I feel anxious. It's really work for me. Although my singing is horrible.

That's the best way to relieve stress. Some people claimed that they have a good voice while using the the toilet. I noticed when I sing in the toilet sometimes.

@JaneLijie Now that you know it. You might try it. There is nothing to lose if doing it.

It makes sense but it can be very difficult to break a habit like this.

I agree that some people cannot stop this right away. Since it is their habitual thing in years.

I caught one of my younger relatives doing that, biting nails last March (while Covid-19 began to spread everywhere). I told the kid off of course. She stopped now, finally!

She got scared. My little niece never does this. However, she tends not to wipe her hands after handwashing. So I taught her the bad impact of it.
