Barbecue Afternoon

Not today but yesterday afternoon. The day was cloudy at the start but it turned out good that we did our BBQ.
We had spareribs, meat in a wooden sticks, baguettes, roasted zucchini, rice and salad with mango slices. This was the first time I put ripe mango slices in the salad. This salad contained only lettuce, tomatoes and mango slices and of course the olive oil and herbs sauce in it. Delicious!
We have just finished eating when the rain started, then it stopped and a rainbow came out of the blue. Awesome!
How was your Saturday? I hope fine. It is already Sunday here almost 2 in the early dawn. I have to go to sleep now as we travel back home after lunch. Thanks for reading. Have a lovely Sunday.

Nice way to cook a meal in the open enjoying the weather. Rains do play spoiled sport but seeing the rainbow makes one happy

Wow, spareribs, I like that. I have yet to try the roasted zucchini although I think I had already tasted that once in a buffet restaurant.
