Cooking Again!

Happy weekend everyone! I hope you are enjoying your life.
I am just relaxing today but still did a few household chores. For 2 days, I have been away every afternoon, walking at the lake on Thursday and then Asian grocery on Friday. Those 2 afternoons away from home, made me exhausted. I was so tired.
I have not cooked 2 dinners consecutively because of my outing. Today, I was glad I was able to cook. I made baked chicken thighs, stir-fried broccoli and boiled rice. Of course with veggie salad as well. It is nice to cook for myself and my husband again.
Anyway, for the next days, I am sure I am at home regaining my strength from walking outside. Thanks for reading. Have a lovely weekend again.

I also spent the day outside, even though it was raining I didn’t mind. For dinner, I still don't know what to do ... I'm not even hungry

@LowRiderX You don´t have to as I have my weather app. Sometimes, the weather forecast is not accurate. So for me, to see is to believe.

He fried his ready to fry Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes) and Bratwurst ( sausages). We have them in the pantry just in case I am walking again. He can´t take a long walk with me.
The sun and fresh air make me tired as well as hungry. Enjoy your Sunday @DianneN
